Bedrock arranges commercial finance for UK limited companies only. We do not provide brokerage to consumers, sole traders, or partnerships. If you are not a UK limited company, the brokerage services described on this site are not available to you.

We work with a broad market of UK lenders, specialist funds, and private equity firms. When you submit an indicative-terms enquiry, we use the information you provide to identify funders likely to consider your deal and present indicative options for your review.

Indicative terms are not offers of finance. Any indicative pricing, structure, or facility shape we communicate is subject to formal underwriting by the relevant funder, satisfactory due diligence, and the funder's own credit and compliance processes. A binding offer is made only by the funder, not by Bedrock, and only once that funder has completed its assessment.

They do not constitute personal investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Where appropriate you should obtain independent professional advice before entering into any finance agreement.

Where we engage with you to arrange a specific facility, the liability of Apex Aspire Limited is set out in the engagement letter or contract for that engagement. Where there is no engagement letter, our total liability in connection with this site is limited to £100.
