I founded Bedrock because mid-market businesses need more than a list of lenders. A manufacturer funding a production line, a property business arranging development finance, and a company managing working-capital pressure are solving different problems. The finance should be built around the business, not pushed through the same route.
I wanted the starting point to be the business: what the funding is for, how repayments fit its cashflow, and which trade-offs are acceptable. That means looking beyond a preferred panel and explaining why an option fits, not just forwarding a quote.
Bedrock is deliberately focused on commercial finance for UK limited companies. The aim is practical: give each business a clear view of the relevant market, the costs and constraints of each route, and the next step it can take.
