Accessibility statement

Bedrock Commercial Finance Limited wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. This statement applies to bedrockfinance.co.uk.

1. Our accessibility target

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This includes supporting keyboard navigation, visible focus, text resizing and reflow, sufficient colour contrast, meaningful structure, and accessible form feedback.

The site has not yet completed a full WCAG 2.2 AA audit, so we do not currently claim full conformance. We are carrying out further keyboard, zoom, reflow, and screen-reader testing before making that claim.

2. Known limitations

We currently know that:

  • Some small controls and footer links may not yet provide a full 24 by 24 CSS-pixel target area.
  • Third-party services, including the security check used on the indicative-terms form, may not support every accessibility preference in the same way as the rest of the site.
  • Further assistive-technology testing may identify issues not listed here; we will update this statement as testing and remediation continue.

3. Get help or request an alternative

If you cannot use part of the website, need information in a different format, or cannot complete the indicative-terms form, email info@bedrockfinance.co.uk. Tell us which page or feature you were using, what went wrong, and—if you are comfortable doing so—which browser or assistive technology you use. We will respond as soon as we can and provide a reasonable alternative where possible.

4. Reporting an accessibility problem

If you find an accessibility problem not listed here, please email info@bedrockfinance.co.uk. Your feedback helps us prioritise fixes.

5. UK rights and reference

Service providers in Great Britain have duties under the Equality Act 2010, including a duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people. If you are not satisfied with our response, the Equality Advisory and Support Service can provide information and advice about discrimination and your rights. In Northern Ireland, contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland. The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 apply to public-sector bodies; Bedrock is a private business and is not claiming conformance under those regulations.

6. How we prepared this statement

This statement was prepared on 22 August 2026 following an internal review of the site's shared templates and indicative-terms journey. It will be reviewed after the planned WCAG 2.2 AA audit and whenever a material accessibility issue or site change requires an update.
